Creative Arts

Creative arts offer the opportunity to develop skills and to encourage participation and interaction. There is a growing body of research which suggests that taking part in creative arts positively impacts on psychosocial health and well-being.


Art

 Art is delivered through the EIT IDEAschool and takes place in an art studio on campus by trained art tutors. 


Clay and Ceramics

 This is delivered through the EIT IDEAschool by trained art tutors in an art studio on campus.


Craft 

Craft group utilises fun and engaging activities that allow the client’s to use memory, concentration, problem solving and fine motor skills, all while learning new craft techniques and creating items that are of use.


Music

Music group utilises music, singing, games and quizzes to challenge people cognitively, improve communication, reduce stress and help regulate emotions and behaviour.
